<p>My name is Noyolo I visited capitec branch in Carlton centre to open an account with my ID and proof of address not older than 3 months ,the consultant and the branch manager refuse to accept my bank statement from another bank because the was 1 transaction on the statement that was done last month and theres a bank stamp dated 08.09.2016 but they want transactions not transaction ,please I want clarification about this FICA rules because according to my understanding statement is acceptable if its not oldermore than 3 months,I'm very dissapointed with your service </p>
