was insured when I took a loan from Capitec yet fe

I am a pro Capitec customer, but the latteset incident is just not on. I took a personal loan from Capitec and the assurance that goes along. Several years later im retrenched and now after I filled out all forms handed in all required documents, the bank takes of a full premium monthly of my personal account. My money is draind and im on the unemployment line yet the bank has taken more than 12k from my account after I became unemployed, they even take money that is paid into my account from the department of labour I.e. uif money. Trying to talk to them just seems fruitless. Question . Where is the bank that I was so happy to deal with as currently im getting no joy from anybody.
