Warning to companies not to use capitec speed point service

I have a small business where I was using capitec speedpoint. I terminated my contract with capitec last year and was told to take the speedpoint to Riverside mall branch. I took it there and the lady didn't give me anything to sign. 3 months later, I get a call from capitec saying I only brought the spedpoint and there was no moderm. where the hell can I use their moderm without their speedpoint. now they say they are handing me over because i'm now owing them money for the moderm which I gave them. I never thought that a bank like capitec can rob me like that as I thought its a reputable company but I guess I was wrong. this is a warning to companies to rather go to other banks for speedpoint services so they don't experience the ******* handover that I am now facing by capitec. the lady I gave the speedpoint to confirmed that Benedict came to collect all the speedpoints which were left there for ages and mine was also there, now capitec says i'm owing them money. I know that economy is bad for all of us but ripping people like this is uncalled for. PEOPLE MUST STAY AWAY FROM CAPITEC TO AVOID THIS EXPERIENCE
