Wanted to open a savings account
I walked into Bellville's Capitec Branch to open a savings account, with my original ID and proof of address (yes it falls within the 3 month valid/legit time frame) dated September and the guy at the door - tells me sorry we cant help cause they want the latest address - September month's proof of address falls within the 3 month period as defined in the FICA Act. Great client service from Capitec. Highly unimpressed with this professionalism from this guy at Capitec.
