want to move from capitec

i just experienced a disturbing service from capitec bank in Alex mall,i download the app and now i cant n0ot use the app because i was told they where not trained to use IPhone's. so now what they are saying we should not buy phone because they are not trained to use them. I spoke to the branch Manager Nyiko who said i should go to cell c and ask why i cant use the app but then it didn't make sense that i should go to cell c while the app is for capitec why would cell c resolve their app problems. so now i am stuck with a blank app which id not working. well i am having friends who has the app and its working very well so its either they are lazy or they just didn't want to assist me.
