Want to correct a bad rating made by mistake and thank Whitney Harry

I had an international online shopping transaction which didn't go through but money was blocked. I checked how to contact Capitec and there was an WhatsApp option and I opted for it. Spoke to Whitney Harry and she was polite in explaining and assisting me. I would like to recommend the WhatsApp service. I would wholeheartedly like to recommend Whitney for her assistance. I feel bad since I made a mistake when rating the service an selected 1 instead of 5. Whiteny deserves 5 stars for how she helped through WhatsApp which takes time in verifying details and executing the order.
