Want my money

On the 27-03-2021 i sent R2000 rand by mistake to someone whom I dont know which was intended to be sent to my sisiter for my babies for. The number which was meant to be sent to ends with 08 but typed in 05 by mistake, have been in and out of small claims court which ive been advised by cap[itec agents to go to, even though small claims doesnt deal with such claims. Have a lawyer who has been battling this case and nothing yet capitec is running around the bush in refunding my money back. This has caused me a lot of money having to get a lawyer and being told incorrect information every day, the case has been closed yet my money has not been refunded yet. Tried to call the person i sent the money to but the number keeps on going to voice mail. To be honest capitec is reaping people off, i have been reading revciews and gathering more stories to publis this, as this is a pathetic bank reaping black people money. I have had to go o loan sharks for this money and have fallen into depression, as i am taking them to high court now
