Waitting 6 Months for paid up letter!!
Good Day
I have requested my paid up letter multiple times with no success. No response just being ignorged for the past 6 months.
This is very frustrating as it has been holding up the clearance process.
Very disappoint service, I guess Capitec only knows how to contact people when you owe them money but once you done paying they dont care.
