WAITING FOR A REFUND MONEY ******

Still waiting for Finance Management to call me about my complaint. Still waiting for my refund. Customer Services is pathetic. I have to follow up on them to provide me with feedback. I'm also a Social Media Officer and my turnaround time to revolve these types of complaints is 48 hours.
