Waiting almost Month a for international payment to clear in my Capitec Acc

Ive send money from my swiss bank account on the 25th of April, i dont know how difficult it is to locate the payment and clear in my capitec acc, i went into the branch and provided them with the needed from of payment from SwissQuote Bank. Till today(21 May 2019) nobody came back to me and i need to visit the branch almost daily, they just keep saying the forex department needs to locate and release the funds..
