waisted my time

Went to the bank was the first one to get to the bank,was assisted by Frans he told me to get some documents to assist on my application for a loan,came back with only bank statement as other parties were closed on weekend.when i came back he just passed my documents to his coleague without giving any reason whom i didn't get her name,spent 2hours without any luck,she then pass me to her coleague Matshediso who tried to assist at the end of the application she told me that she cannot help me...worst service ever spent 3 hours in the bank for nothing what a waist of time.
