Waist of time

Please note my debit order for my Loan Goes Off EVEY MO TH On The 25/26 When My Salary Gets paid. It is the 21st and I gave received 3 smsses stating my account Is in arrears and I must call to make a payment arrangement. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING ME THESE **** SMSSES!you have ruined my first day of holiday as my phone has been getting these smsses since 6am! Also note someone has been debiting my account *******ly and after being at the branch and told they can't do anything I would like to know what do I do. I loose almost 300 a month and I can't close my account!who is going to refund me my money???
