Voucher cannot be redeemed. Worst nightmare of a bank.

I start to hate banking with them even more, I send 3 cash sends all said they can't be redeemed, like how and why this is such an inconvenience and draining, for me they are the worst nightmare right now and I only banked with them for my parent's sake and now it's terribly difficult for me to send my parents money that they need urgently.

Now I have money waiting that I can't even use right now,Please tell me how and why must someone live like that.
