VOUCHER CANNOT BE REDEEMED

Voucher cannot be redeemed. Tried to withdraw but couldn't because the receipts came out written VOUCHER CANNOT BE REDEEMED whereas I just did the transaction of the Cashsend minutes ago. Then we went to the bank inside they said we must try to take it out at PNP, we tried but when we got there they said CANCELLED BY THE BANK or something like that we went back at the bank then they said they'll log a complaint/dispute I think and today they called and said the Cashsend was taken out at the 1st ATM whereas I was at the 2nd one. So what's the way forward cause I NEVER GOT MY MONEY.
