Vodacom deducting amounts off my account and Capitec not willing to stop and refund my money

This R150 amount keeps on deducting on my account. I have not approved any amounts from Vodacom to be deducted. This amount is always deducting funds off ny account. Please reverse this and stop this debit from deducted money from my account. I have not approved anything from Vodacom. Who can assist me with this cause now I have spoken to two people at Capitec who both didn’t help me with this. If you look at my account number this has been trying to deduct money off my account for months now and finally did deduct R150 on Sunday 25 May
