VIP service from Salmentia

The saying that says dynamites comes in small packages, is true. I went to Capitec Sunnypark on Sunday to open an account to save money for my trip overseas with my son.<br> I met a friendly guy at the door and he assisted me with a smile, that was a warm welcome to start off with. A consultant by the name of Salmentia but the cherry on top of all the experience really. <br> She was super friendly and advising me on what to do and how to manage my account WOW I was like is this service for real because I have never understood my ABSA account that I had for +- 15 years.<br> The service was so good in such a way that I have decided to cancel my +- 15 year ABSA account that I never understood and that never did anything good for me.<br> I'm one of those people that are scared of change hence I kept my bad ABSA account for so long but now its time for new things and I thank God that I'm happy and not scared of this change.<br> Oh by the way Salmentia called a manager to welcome me as a new client, seriously which bank does that... thank you Salmentia and the Capitec Sunnypark manager I felt like a VIP. <br>
