Vindictive service

One of my employees went to apply for a loan. The assistant was rude over the phone both times they spoke to me. Had an attitude with the employee and in the end declined him because we are "not on the system" . i have proof that we are on the system. And also what about people working for themselves or as a house keeper ir gardener. People are not registered companies. She declined him as a vindictive act.
