Victim of smash and grab, attempted hijacking

On the 19 April I was in a terrible smash and grab, attempted hijacking they only managed to take my wallet containing my ID and bank cards. After the incident I managed to get to a garage and realised R440 was deducted. I managed to block the card, after getting home another R550, R1200 and R1100 was deducted prompting me to contact the back to once again block the card. I reported the matter and each time I received conflicting emails cancelling the incident and another requesting more info. Last week I was called to say the matter was resolved and the bank cannot trace how the money was deducted an I will not be reimbursed. I saved money for Umrah later this and its disappointing to know that they unable to tracre the money and still refusing to pay me back.
