Victim of ****

Good day.

I dont know who will read my review. Because i have send emails to the ***** department, and i dont get answers.

I have logged a query on the 27/06/2024. About a **** i went through. I have send in my affidavit from the police stating everything that has happened. Also a letter from the police. I have send this email numerous times. I have called, i have send emails, i have WhatsApp. And every time, no we did not receive your affidavit...

I only received one sms from the bank to send in the necessary documents. That's all. Not even one email or a phone call. I went to the police station to get a copy of the affidavit. I went into the bank to give it to them. I have called, WhatsApp, email and still no response from the bank.

Today i received a sum in my account from Capitec. Not even all money. What happened to the rest of my money. And now i have been told the "the funds have been utilized by the time of the report" and i can open a Case at the police if i want to. I have open a case. I dont even know what that means.

I went to the bank the next day to reverse the money. Was told to get a copy of my ID certified and i must open a case. I did all of that and give an affidavit aswell to the police. And was told i must wait 21 day. Its been 3 MONTHS. The police that help me with my case told me. If it was any other bank, i would have got my money back the next day.

And now im being told i cant get the rest of MY money back. Its my money.

Now i want to put a review on HalloPeter on how poor service im getting and that the bank does not want to give me my money back. And that i will be changing banks. Because the bank does not want to help people that have been victims of ****. Thanks
