Very very bad service

<p>I went to open an account with Capitec bank,when i got there they said they cant help me because my proof of residence was a copy of my rental agreement and it must be the original one and it must be sertified by the police.As i explained to them that i am not allowed to have the original one because the agency that i rent from are not allowed to give me the original one because they keep it on file.Then they said my husband must give a bank statement of his to confirm the adress but the adress on his statrment is an old adress.As my husband explained to them that it is ***** because our adress have changed they said no it is fine but my husband told them it is againsed fica rules to lie about proof of residence.We were there 5 times that they couldnt help us or maybe they didnt want to help us.I will never refer anybody to open an account with Capitec because their staff is under traines and they commit *****.</p>
