Very very bad capitec service for loan application

They don't deserve any ratings. They deserve 0. I have been banking with capitec all my life. My salary goes there and everything. But the way I have been treated left me so powerless and I felt so belittled.

I app**** a loan about 7 weeks ago where I was told it will take 24 hours. Bot it tools weeks and I've been doing follow up with no one getting back to me. After complaints the consultant was changed to a different 1. She processed everything then when my loan was supposed to be approved, the insurance told me I needed to confirm uif, whereby I sent a letter telling them I was not deducted uif nor tax. To them it was questioned and a letter was sent from my side. Now they want proof from Sars. What the heel is that. And when I ask how will I get that, they go awol. Till today. Why the hell can't they just decline my application and let me know that's its declined. The service I got is beyond poor and shaming.
