Very unhappy with capitec bank

Very Useless, I'm leaving this bank really. I spent 8 hours of my day calling them to unblock my account and they keep transferring me to the next department. Nobody helped. I went to the brunch at dobsonville mall yooooh disaster. Useless service. I explained everything to the consultant she couldn't understand and she couldn't help. I asked to explain everything to the manager Her name is ZEE. ZEE has a stinky attitude, she is useless and not professional. Shes very rude. She came to me busy on her phone. She approached me and just look at me in the eyes with an attitude look. She told me she can't help me. Who else is going to help me because it's you capitec that has to help me? Now my life is at pause because they blocked my account.
