Very unhappy

In January I went to Capitec to open a new banking account only to find out I already had one which I had not used in many years. The helpful gentleman who helped me assured me that all of my debit orders would be switched and that I did not have to do anything further. To my dismay on the day my salary was paid into my account I was not able to access my money even though it reflected in the account. I phoned the call centre and they couldnt help me so i went back to the branch and they sorted it out very quickly. I voiced my concern about my debit orders and was assured that they would still go off. Again I was dismayed and very upset to discover that my debit orders were now bouncing on my ABSA account which I no longer use because everything had been switched to Capitec. I had to go back to the branch but their telkom lines were down so I was given the number of the lady handling the switching of my debits and contacted her myself but she very flippantly told me that she only switched one of my debits and I must contact the other places myself. No one told me this. The debit which she claims to have switched has still not gone off and I now owe ABSA R600. Very angry
