Very unhappy

I wrote my review last week here mentioning how Capitec treated me during the claim process, the acted like they are gonna give me the payout on this platform after seeing the complaint , and they continued to rejected my claim, whereas I opened the policy because they confirmed the relationship between me and my uncle and I continued to cover him and they accepted the premiums, on the claim stage they declined, I have the recordings of they approving the relationship.. I really need help with this I’m so unhappy I won’t rest till I get my payout
