VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT MBALI CONSULTANT
Spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT MBALI!!!!!!!!!!! Who made me question if I really want to switch my home loan to Capitec!!!! Please can someone listen to this call. Details of the call. Call made on 06November 2020. Time: 14:40, duration of the call 00;04;42....... with almost 5 minutes on the line, NON of the consultants I was put through managed to transfer me to the correct department. Tumi gave me the direct line for home loans *** which doesn't even go through. Great consultants you have there. Mbali doesn't care with her stinking attitude
