VERY POOR SERVICE FROM CAPITEC BANK

On the 28th of December 2024 I went to Capitec Bank in Mafikeng Mall to report that Checkers Mafikeng Mall has duplicated my payment. On 31 December I got a mail from Capitec telling me they have escalated the matter. Today is the 6th of January 2024, and still nothing has been done, How long must I wait, it is money for medication, but do they care, no. I am very unhappy about this, wish this bank loses all of it's clients, you can't complain about service, because there is no service.
