very poor customer services

i went to capitec bank in prospecton yesterday 30-06-15 morning to open my account as i step in i told the guy by the door that im here to open my account he just gave me the number and not even checked what was gonna be needed than i sat there for 1hour 15minutes waiting to be called other clients left because they were irritated as i was and those Indian lady did not even care they were busy eating chocolate and talking non-stop it was so frustrating that only when they called me i was told that they need my marriage certificate only if we get fast service i was going to be able to go home and come back with all required document i am so not happy.
