Very poor customer relations

I went to the lyttelton capitec branch to open a credit card.

The person assisting me was Nicole, she does not have the knowledge to assist me. I requested her to get someone the knows how to do the job.

She just look at me without saying a word, then I asked to ssoeek to the manager. This then quickly turned into a accusation that im insulting.

This was the wusrt I've ever been treated at any bank in my life.

Please assist and train Nocole even if it's only the way she interacts with customers
