Very poor credit department service!!

I am in the process of moving to Capitec, and in this process also applying for a personal loan. I visited your branch in Secunda Mall on Friday the 14th of August and was assisted by Sizwe. I supp**** all the info necessary for the credit application, but the application stopped at employer verification, Sizwe then said he will follow this up with the credit department, and he will phone me once this has been sorted out. I received a call from Sizwe today, and he requested that I come to the branch again with all the info for the application. I, again spent more than an hour at the branch, and the employer could still not be verified which is absolute nonsense! I have been with this company for three years, and can give bank statements from the first pay date proving the income, but it seems that my credit application is being denied due to the employer not being verified! The service that I've been getting from Sizwe is very very good, but you can't complain about the credit department's service because there is none!!
