Very early stop order

Worse service ever. I pay on time every month and then they go and run stop order on 12/12/2024 without asking my permission. This is in direct violation of the debicheck mandate given to them. Trying to reason with their collection department to collect the stop order now is like talking to the deaf. And the sms’s do not stop. Just do your job and follow the agreement signed.
