Very dissaponting service.

This has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I had/have a business bank with Capitec, they then closed the account with notification. When I tried to log in I couldn't access my account, so I called and was advised that they will send me docu sign documents and they will then reinstate my account... That was over a week ago. I followed up and was told that they sent the documents to an incorrect address to which I confirmed my address(which they had on the system) and was told I will get my documents the same day... that was last week Thursday

This level of incompetence is really disappointing for Capitec. I've been a customer for over 17 years with Capitec and you'd think that loyalty would count for something.
