Dear Capitec, I’ve written a complaint about this bank for a multiple times, complained and deleted thinking id get help what more do I have to do after money in my account being frozen and me providing everything that was requested from me and you guys not releasing the funds? I am really disappointed in capitec they even keep asking me to bring the sender of the money who’s my father that’s on a wheelchair and wears diapers, I have to hire transports with money that I don’t have just to get him to the branch just to come back with nothing positive …everything that was asked for I have been providing

So which means Capitec is making me a fool now , first of all my account was frozen and I was not told the reason behind, nobody contacted me about anything till I went myself only to find out that someone went to lie about me at Capitec , I’ve provided every proof and document to prove the money should be released but rather I’m being made run around like a fool with my dad who’s very much sick and in need of the money they are keeping to make life easy for him…I’m so tired of Capitec and its services it was easy for them to freeze the money but it’s difficult for them to release it after I’ve provided every ****ing thing that was requested
