VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAPITEC BANK
Capitec Bank, is currently a disappointment I went to the dobsonville point to request that the clock or un enroll the international company from my account. The company (nowtime2play.com) deducted R530. 65 from my account with out my authority. Capitec states that I must try to communicate with them for a refund. Nowtime2play.com has made the transaction a recurring transition for a monthly basis, I wanted to stop that transaction from going through and to never debit my account ever again, BUT CAPITEC BANK CANNOT ASSIST, they telling me to sort it out myself, I ended up renewing my bank account. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAPITEC BANK
