Very disappointed with Capitec

I am a student studying with NSFAS , I got my payment and was so happy because it will assist me. I went to withdraw money at a Capitec ATM , but the funds did not come out. I went inside the branch and they told me that it would be reversed within 7 days. After 7 days they tell me I took the money. I am very disappointed and hurt because this is my last money I will ever receive this year. Capitec I need my money.
