Very Disappointed Customer 😞

I just had the most horrific thing happened to me at the Capitec ATM in Sophiatown Shoprite Centre I deposited money and the machine started counting than stopped and said OUT OF ORDER closed with my money still stuck inside and just not opening anymore how can you guy's allow things like this to happen I'm literally in tears 😢 how will I get my money back now this service is just appalling and I'm banking with Capitec for years think it's time for a switch💔
