Very disappointed client

Very disappointed.... I have a short loan with the bank.. Their debit order deducts as per agreement, I also transfer funds to pay off the loan quicker. After looking at my statement, I found that these funds are not allocated towards decreasing debt but somehow allocated to Total Areas. Isn't that ****ming clients? The funds I transfered are sitting somewhere and not getting interest , while on the other hand the loan is accumulating interest . Accumulating interested on Capital that is supposed to be lower...Visited the branch the consultant had no answers and couldn't assist.
