Very disappointed

Good day I'm currently still waiting on feedback from capitec concerning my assessment which I passed a couple of years ago ...capitec has gotten back to me but hasn't resolve my query they said they would take it up with management but it has been 3weeks and I'm still waiting ...I just feel they were *********** about my assessment which I did pass but now they seem *********** about resolving my query as well and how to go forward from here on end
