Very disappointed

I am upset with this bank, they are supposed to be the business bank of Capitec, when it suits them they are the same bank, yet when it comes to doing EFT payments apparently they are not the same bank and EFT's takes 24-48hours. This is not indicated anywhere and supposedly all forms of payments are supposedly the same however they are not, some takes longer than others to reflect however these are not indicated as such anywhere on the different payment options that are available
