Very Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Every month for the past 2 years or more i have had a multiloan with Capitec. Every month as soon as my salary goes into my account they take the amount plus their interest and then i just re activate this again as this helps pay my car, home, childrens pre school. This month when my salary went into my account as normal every month they take the multi loan amount. Then i receive an sms thanking me for the payment and that i can re activate this. This month however i received this sms and then another saying i have to go to a branch with my payslip to reactive this. When i got to Flora centre Capitec on saturday morning the lady that helped me was so unhelpful and didnt really want to help me. She said i can come after the 27th to re apply for this and i then said there was nothing mentioned on the sms to go and reactive this after the 27th. She then reluctantly helped me and said the system doesn't want to active it. She then spoke to someone over the phone and they said this can't be reactived because i was listed for other creditors. This however was not a problem in the past and that i have had numerous emails from the other creditors back and forth. I think Capitec should have made contact with me beforehand so we could have discused this and then i would have planned ahead but for them to take this amount without any sms or email or contacting me to say this will be not activated again - that is not customer service at all. I have been with Capitec for years but the service and experience this month - i am left without words and very very very disappointed.</p>
