Very Disappointed

I regret the day I opened Capitec Bank Account, yes it the easiest bank to use when you in need of loan but yessss when it comes to collection Mmmmmmh, poor connection, when you go around you need to have some backup to avoid embarrassment. Capitec really need some training to keep their clients happy. I'm so disappointed.
