Very bad unprofessional service.

Im currently working overseas and before i came i mailed all documents to inform Capitec that i will receive foreign fund as my salary from end of March 2022. And the were happy with paperwork. So just before my flight i went into a Capitec branch to make sure everything is ok for my foreign funds into my account and they said yes . They gave me the info to put capitecs branch code after my bank account number from foreign account. So i did that to the foreign company. So yester morning im still waited for my salary to show in Capitec account, but nothing. So i contact bank and the told my they reverse my money because of branch code behind my account number. Realy pathethic unprofessional service. So mailed them back yesterday and until now no reply at all from them. Realy bad service. They did not even contact me when money came in. Now im sitting with no money and food in foreign country due to pathetic useless service from Capitec Bank. They did not even try to help me.
