Very bad service, rating is 1 out out of 5

After 5 days they still have not yet resolved the mere R25 transaction for airtime. I told their caller that I'm giving them a benefit of a doubt but I still did not trust them. What rating and recommendation are they expecting from me? Obviously my experience with Capitec service is very bad.
