Very bad service from Capitec Bank

Capitec bank has 1 ATM in Laudium, that machine is 80% of the time out of service. Two weeks ago they replaced the old machine ( Thank yo) to date the machine has no money in it. What is the use of replacing the old machine with a new machine without money... Nowhere in Laudium can a person get cash. The closes place is 15- 20 km away. Costing additional money for a taxi or petrol.... Great service Capitec bank...
