Very bad service at Capitec Bayside mall

Capitec at Bayside , the experience was very bad We set there almost 2 hours looking at the employees walking around doing nothing

I didn’t even get assistance I ended up leaving and got assistance at Table bay mall. most people left because we were not getting help
