Very bad service and not accommodating at all!!

So my son had a Capitec loan and due to circumstances lost his work. I have been battling and paying off this loan for almost 5 years. On Black Friday they send a mail saying we might get up to 60% off if we settle the loan. As my son is not in a position to take up this offer I contact them and ask if they will still grant this discount if I will settle it immediately. After emails to Ver-Tex and Capitec no one is willing to accommodate me with a decent settlement amount to get this sorted out. In today's economy I find it shocking and unacceptable!!!
