Very bad service

On the 22 March i visited Capitec Kabokweni taking my Mom to fix her grand son pin we got across with a guy his name ia Sihle at the front door he return my mom and said her grand son is old he must have his owe ID i tried to explain to him that he is only 16yrs, my mom she is the one that opened the account for him but instead he gave us attitude and he we should stand outside, we hade to spend over an hour just to change a pin just because of Sihle at Capitec Kabokweni
