Very Bad Service
Hi my name is Zakhele Ngwenya I have a very bad experience with Capital Bank, on December 2019 I was retrenched at work, I then went to Capitec Bank to inform them hence I have a loan with them,they asked me to bring the proof that I was retrenched so that the insurance can cover the loan.I gave them the proof but still even after they have the proof when ever these fund caming into my account they deduct a certain percentage,so I don't understand when is the insurance Gona cover the loan
