Very bad customer service

I have an credit facility with Capitec. The repayments is due every month on the 26 when my salary is deposited into my Capitec account. December month Capitec assume that every one is receiving their salary before the 24th. I got an notice that they will debit my account on the 19th. I immediately phoned the collections department informing them that they must leave the repayment date on the 26th. Then on the 19th of December the installment off even though I have made arrangements. I phoned the department again and spesifically ask the consultant what is the case, he then informed me that there is a notice on their system of the arrangement. They reversed the R790 that they took out of my account. On the 22nd of December the full amount was paid on this account. On the 23rd of December I saw that the facilty has been cancelled without informing me. On that day I phoned Capitec 16 times without any help. They just transferred met from the one department to another. As I was phoning from my cell, I used R150 airtime just for someone to help me in regard with this matter. They were wasting my time and money. When I made the initial arrangement I ask the consultant when is the facilty is due to expire and he informed me that it is on the 26 January 2017. On the 23 after numerous calls I was informed that I must visit a branch as the facilty has been cancelled. On the 28th I went to Capitec Tygervalley and the consultant phoned the head office. I was informed that I was in arrears with the installment and that is why Capitec has cancelled my facilty. My question is how can I be in arrears if the payment was made before the due date and after I have made arrangements for the installments not to go of on the 19th. Just on the 28th I made ten calls to Capitec and without any sucess of any customer service. At last I was helped by one of the consultants and she informed me that the branch had cancelled the facility and that the renewal date is a month before the actual expiry date. No where I was informed about a renewal date. On the ap it only states the expiry date. As this is showing now that I was in arrears according to Capitec, I cannot apply for a new credit facility. I feel this is the worst service that I ever had from a bank in my whole life. There is no communication at all and I the one that is the customer is getting penalized now for paying my installement before the actual date. As this fault is made by the Collections department, I need urgent feedback and insist that this matter is rectified. Actually I feel that they need to pay my cellphone bill as well. Phoning ten times on one day and each call is longer than six minutes. I actually left one bank cause I assumed that there would be no troubles at Capitec. Well there service is even worser than I thaught.
