Very bad bank

Will never use capitec ever again. On the 4th of this month i went to checkers beaufort west. I paid with my capitec card. It declined at checkers butt went thru on my account. Money was not reversed since then. When talking to capitec today they advised me that im going to pay a penalty of 80 rand because they have to call checkers to reverse money. Dam such a shame. Will be moving to a new bank.
