What is the different between Bank Statement and Proof of payment? BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY EVEN IF THE ACCOUNT WAS 00.00 DATE OF DEBIT; 04/01/25=609.00 05/01/25=639.00 08/02/25=609.00 16/02/25=609.00
THE REPLY I GOT FROM CAPITEC BANK NAME CHERYL ' I DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED'
THE FUNDS ARE NO LONGER PENDING ON YOUR ACCOUNT?
I have reported this from January come end of February that's the reply I got
